Our journey to beautiful hair and tranquility

Hi! My name is Aubrey Land and I cannot wait to service you! My journey to opening Halo Hair and Head Spa has been diverse, making me a well-rounded and gifted individual. I spent ten years in the car dealership industry while pursuing my education. I earned an Associate's Degree from Wake Technical Community College, then a Bachelor's Degree in Interpersonal Communication from NC State University. My path then led me to University of North Carolina, where I pursued a career in Dentistry, inspired by a childhood accident. Working as an assistant for a Maxillofacial Surgeon, I gained valuable experience and knowledge in the science/medical field.

I had always played with hair and make-up at a very young age. My friends and family have always asked me to do their hair/make-up for special occasions on the side. It was an art form that always came naturally to me and loved as a hobby. I would get my hair done by my best friend Kristin from high school of 26 years and ask a million questions. She knew how passionate I was and told me to go to hair school. So thanks to her I did and never looked back. I finally found my happy place.

I have been established in the hair/make-up field for 16 years and ready to expand my business into the Japanese Head Spa Industry. We all have busy and difficulties in our daily lives.

With that being said, my priority is to  strive to increase hair growth and for clients to indulge in relaxation because you all deserve it. My goal is to achieve a beautiful look and in a relaxing environment. I would love for my clients to leave feeling relaxed and looking beautiful.
